Return/Refund Policy 

Pick up Orders 

When you pick up your order or receive a delivery please be sure to look at the order and make sure it is what you ordered.  If you have someone else picking up your order, please let them know what they are picking up, so they can do the final inspection.  

While 99.9% of the time we guarantee your order is correct by triple checking on occasion everyone makes “accidents.”  We want you to review your order and confirm we did get it right or if we did make a accident we are able to correct it while you are there. 

Once you leave with your order, it means that it is given to you in full and correctly.  

If you serve the cake/baked good/bread and feel there is a problem with the baking, do not throw it away.  Please return it to us, so we can see what is wrong, and if there is something wrong we will replace it and refund your payment we will work with you to determine an acceptable solution for your satisfaction.  


We are shipping baked goods that have no preservatives.  Therefore overnight and second day shipping will be the best options to keep the product as fresh as possible.  Although loaves can easily ship ground and be fine upon arrival, even with delays.  That is why we expedite shipping.  

We cannot be responsible for staleness/spoilage due to courier shipping delays but will resend order as long as tracking matches delay. We can not refund if recipient is not at the delivery location to receive the shipment and order is left for prolonged period. Once shipment is marked as delivered we will replace or refund and damage if notified same day and with proper proof.  


Shipping and Delivery Policy 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Just Rose LLC ! Just Rose LLC ships all of our orders via USPS or UPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped. 

Processing and Delivery Times 

All orders are processed within 48 business hours . Standard shipping typically takes between 2-7 business days for destinations within the United States.  Additionally, shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date. 

Tracking Your Order 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via ISPS or UPS. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update.
